Terms of Service

Ojas Agriculture is operated by CHITRAM.AI PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “Ojas Agriculture”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, its shop, the booking of places listed on it, and your Ojas account.

By placing an order, booking a place or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This site offers a shop, the booking of places published on Ojas, and an account in which to follow your orders, bookings, invoices and subscriptions.

It does not offer cattle boarding, milk collection or settlement, veterinary services, the sale of anything from a dairy biorefinery, contract growing, or sponsorships, and nothing on it is an offer of any of these. Pages that describe them describe an aim, not a service.

Products in the shop are listed by their sellers, at the prices and on the terms shown on each product page and at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through a payment processor.

A place listed on this site is supplied and run by its operator, who is responsible for its condition, its safety and any licence its operation requires. Ojas Agriculture does not run a cattle hostel or any other listed place.

Booking a day places an order for it. Until that order is paid, the day may be released back to the calendar.

Pages that describe Pashu Āyurveda and Vṛkṣāyurveda set out what a text or a living practice uses, with its source. They are not veterinary, medical or agronomic advice, they give no doses, and they make no claim that any preparation works. An animal that is ill needs a veterinarian.

Ojas Agriculture takes no donations or sponsorships, and issues no receipts under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, or under any other provision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, an order or a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
